Lake Como and Bellagio – Day 17 Part 2
Bellagio really is a gem. So picturesque and quaint. Here is a photoblog dedicated to this jewel of Lake Como. Just look at all of those stunning flowers. They were everywhere. I’m tempted to say Bellagio is the prettiest of all the towns and villages in the Lake Como area. Truly, it is stunning, picture perfect. Tons of steep stairways make up a good part of the “streets” of Como with shops, cafés, and restaurants lining the way up and down. The higher you go, the more breathtaking the views. Como City Old Town – Day 14
After a full day exploring the beauty of Bellagio and Varenna by ferry, we made a quick stop in downtown Como the next day, tired, chilly, and caught in the rain. We returned four days later when the sun was shining and we could barely move, it was that crowded! But I’ll save that story for another day. While in Varenna, we wandered through the streets and found one of the best gelaterias! I don’t think I took a photo of it this time around, but may have one… Read More
Bellagio – Day 13 Part 2
Day 13 Continued: We ended up seeing so much on this day, I will have multiple posts to share! On this specific morning, it was raining off and on. We were supposed to enjoy a full day cruising privately on the lake but rescheduled due to weather. We decided instead to hop on a ferry and head to Bellagio, the “Jewel of Lake Como”. I have to admit that initially we were a bit disappointed with the rain until we arrived into Bellagio and realized how much less crowded the ferries and… Read More
