Amadeus Silver III
Here is a quick photoblog of the Amadeus Silver III. Amadeus is a family run organization, and also one of the oldest river cruise companies in Europe. Though similar in size to most other river cruise ships, I found this ship to be rather unique in comparison. Take a look.
Just a few views of the Amadeus Silver III from the port in Budapest.
It’s lovely on a sunny day, with it’s soothing colors reflected in the water.

Here are a few different stateroom categories, to give you an idea of the options available. The rooms seems rather spacious in comparison to some cruise lines.

Balcony rooms while in port.

A few bathrooms and closets. I was surprised that they had walk in closets! Even the bathrooms felt more roomy.

A few photos of the dining area in between service.

They even have a small space for a hair dresser.

And last but not least, a few photos of the public spaces.

The Amadeus Silver is a modern ship with soothing, elegant decor. Its itineraries include sailings on the Rhine, Danube, and the Mozelle. I have not sailed with Amadeus before, but would enjoy the opportunity to do so one day.
